SSL stands for “Secure Socket Layer.” A technology used to pass sensitive information (such as credit card details) allowing secure transactions on the Internet. URLs that use an SSL connection start with “https://” instead of the standard “http://” and a padlock is displayed towards the bottom-right side of your browser window when accessing a secured site.

All Ingenuity business plans (i-Biz, i-Corp and i-Premier) allow the use of our shared SSL certificates at no additional costs. To have this feature enabled, please contact Ingenuity’s technical support team on 1300 66 46 43, email: sales@ingenuity.net.au
