None of Ingenuity Hosting’s accounts are restricted by contracts. This means that you are able to downgrade your web hosting plan at any time. If you have paid in advance a credit will be issued on your next invoice.

To advise that you would like your account downgraded you must notify us in writing. To email us: support@ingenuity.net.au
