To configure Microsoft Outlook Express:
1. Open Microsoft Outlook Express 2. Click on the "Tools" menu and select the "Accounts" option (below) 3. Click on "Add" and select "Mail" (below) 4. When you send an email, your name will appear in the "From" field of the outgoing message. Type the name as you would like it displayed (this can include spaces as well as upper and lower case), then click "next". 5. Your email address is the address other people use to send you email messages to you. Please type your email address in the box provided, then click "next". 6. Select "POP3" from the drop-down box in the section that says "My incoming mail server is..." 7. In the box titled "Incoming mail (POP3, IMAP or HTTP) server:" type: mail.ingenuity.net.au 8. In the box titled "Outgoing (SMTP) server:" you can use the outgoing mail server settings provided by your ISP or our mail server settings. Ingenuity's outgoing server settings are: mail.ingenuity.net.au. Once you have entered this information, click "next". 9. Type the username and password for your acccount and click "next". If you are unsure of this information contact via telephone: 1300 66 46 43 or email support@ingenuity.net.au 10. Click "Finish" 11. Click on the "Properties" button 12. Click on the "Servers" tab 13. Tick the box at the bottom of this screen (under the heading "Outgoing Mail Server") that says "My server requires authentication". 14. Click "Apply" 15. Click "Ok" 16. Click "Close" Your email is now setup with Microsoft's Outlook Express.
