Microsoft Outlook Email Settings and Configuration

To configure Microsoft Outlook:

1. Open Microsoft Outlook
2. Click on the "Tools" menu and select the "Email Accounts" option (below)


3. Click on "Add a new e-mail account" and then click "Next"


4. Select "POP3", then click "Next".


5. Enter the following information into the boxes on this screen:

User Information
   Your Name: Type your name
   E-mail Address: Type your email address

Logon Information
   User Name: Type your full email address
   Password: Type your password (If you are unsure of this information contact via telephone: 1300 66 46 43 or email support@ingenuity.net.au)

Server Information
   Incoming mail server (POP3): mail.ingenuity.net.au
   Outgoing mail server (SMTP): mail.ingenuity.net.au



6. Click "More Settings..."
7. Click on the "Outgoing Server" tab


8. Tick the box that says "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication"


9. Click "Ok"
10. Click "Next"
11. Click "Finish"


Your email is now setup with Microsoft's Outlook.
